It was quiet and clean.

We flew into Bozeman late after a delayed flight, then had to deal with damaged luggage. It was after 1:00 am when we left the airport, and we were so thankful for the proximity of the hotel. Be forewarned that Map quest is incorrect. The young man at the desk guided us back to the hotel and made sure check in was quick and painless. We got the floor location we had asked for. The customer service was excellent..

There was a large group of traveling students at the hotel who were noisy and rude.

I arrived in the midst of a snow storm at 11:00 am, far too early for check in but they were very accommodating and got me in right away. The staff was excellent. Loud noisy lobby. Smell, dingy hallways. Motel-like entrance. No refrigerator or continental breakfast.

While the hotel room was clean and comfortable and the pool area was nice, the hotel is not even close to the comfort, cleanliness, or atmosphere of the Marriott Residency but rated the same. It was easy to find and the outside appearance was attractive.

I was surprised to find that the room we were in, did not have a fridge or microwave and the bed was terribly uncomfortable.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that they had held a Medical Marijuana Conference and on that day, the odor inside the hotel was terrible.
